We were over at the Alleys for the day and decided to take the kids to the track. Elijah fell in love with this little bike that's like his brothers' just a little smaller. He was soo attached to it that I couldn't get him off. So this is how we drove to the track, Elijah on the bike in the back of the van. He was not phased. Janelle let him take it home and borrow it. Thank you!!!
Fishermen

We bought the boys fishing poles and took them to Finger Lake. I was pretty bummed because I forgot my camera. They had a wonderful time. No fish, but there was a duck with six ducklings that we fed. Bryson tried to catch them with his pole. Now every day they ask to go fishing, I think we'll go tomorrow.

Yummy Fudgecicles
Isn't He Beautiful?
Eli watches me every morning put my make up on. So when I was in the shower he decided to put some on too. He did a very good job getting it on his eye lashes and every where else too. Then Blake came along and decided to join in the fun and colored on the couch, wall, door, toy box, and floor with my eye pencils. Needless to say I had to go to the store and buy some more make up.

Finger Lake

Hayley and I took the boys to the lake. There was nobody there which was really nice. We got to see a leech, feed some birds, see a mother duck and her seven ducklings, and see some boats. I love how the boys help me enjoy the little things again, things I wouldn't normally even notice. We had a good time. And I love my amazing sister who is the bestest aunt ever!!!The Boys First Boat Experience
This one makes me laugh. Jeff's giving them a lecture about not standing up.

Jeff's Dad has a canoe and the only experience the boys have had with a boat is their Grandaddy pulling them with his riding lawnmower around the yard with the canoe behind it and the boys in the canoe. So they were very happy to get it into the water and had a wonderful time. In fact all three of them cried when we took their life vests off and have asked to do it again ever since.
We Had an Unwelcomed Visitor
Like the Color???

My Grandad Hotchkiss brought this over to Jeff, tossed him the keys, and said "Merry Christmas." My husband was sooo excited. You couldn't have gotten him a vehicle he like or appreciated more. He has always wanted an old truck. He's not so fond of the color but I like it. Anyway, he said "Heidi, it even smells like an old truck and squeaks when you bounce up and down in the seat. It's perfect." Thank you Grandad and thank you God. Jeff totalled the car we had just bought the week before. But we were only a one vehicle family for 4 days. What a blessing!!! (The boys LOVE it too. They're always wanting to be in it)
